Program length: Middle 10 months; half take 8 months to 18 months (80 certificate programs reporting a length to IPEDS). Clock-hour programs: 720 to 2,160 hours, middle 960.
Pay for computer user support specialists: $61,860 a year ($30 an hour), national median, May 2025; the lowest-paid tenth earned under $40,980 (BLS OEWS).
