Corrections
If a page shows something different from the official file it cites, or our wording gets a fact wrong, we fix it and log the fix here.
How to report an error
Email editor@careerfunded.com with the page address and what is wrong. Schools: tell us your IPEDS unit ID or the list your program is on. You do not need to be a customer, and a business never has to pay or advertise to get its page corrected.
How fast we fix it
When we confirm an error, the fix is live on the site within one business day and is added to the log below with its date. If we cannot confirm it, we tell you what we checked.
What we can change, and what we cannot
We fix:
- How we matched a school, program or list row, and wording that misstates a figure.
- A figure that differs from the official file the page cites, and links that no longer work.
- A newer official figure, once the source publishes it.
We cannot change:
- A figure the official file reports. Ask the agency that publishes it (IPEDS, College Scorecard, FMCSA, your state board) to correct its record, and we pick up the change on the next refresh.
Log of corrections and updates
A correction means we had something wrong. An update means the source changed or moved. Design and speed changes are not listed.
- October 20, 2026 Correction /research/nursing-homes-that-train-aides/
The study's title said 7 states; it covers the approved nurse aide lists of 12 states. The title and the research page now count the states from the data. The February 1, 2027 NCLEX fee ($350) now cites NCSBN's NCLEX Fees & Payment page, which states the same change. - October 19, 2026 Correction /funding/wioa/illinois/
Illinois fills the cost columns of its WIOA eligible training list in the U.S. Department of Labor file with one-digit codes (1, 4, 5 or 8 for tuition and fees, 0, 2, 5 or 7 for books), not dollar amounts. Our pages printed those codes as dollars, for example $4 as a CDL program's tuition and $1 as the lowest listed cost in the Chicago area. Those cells now say the cost is listed as a code, Illinois is left out of every listed-cost figure, and the national cost ranges in the WIOA program outcomes study were recalculated without the codes. - October 11, 2026 Update
896 school and sponsor links that came from federal files (school websites, net price calculators, financial aid and veterans pages, apprenticeship sponsor sites) failed two separate checks and are no longer shown. Links to the Washington and Ohio nurse aide program lists were updated to their new pages. - October 10, 2026 Update /lpn/new-york/
New York's practical nursing program pages and their NCLEX-PN pass rates were removed, with 48 nurse aide programs from the same State Education Department site, which we do not read automatically. The figures are requested from the New York State Education Department and are not shown until they arrive. The 47 program pages now lead to the New York LPN page, and New York nurse aide programs come from the Department of Health list only.
