Who publishes it

CareerFunded is an independent website published by Red Dragon Leads, a small publisher of directories. It is not owned by any school, training company, carrier or lead buyer, and it is not a government site. What it is for

People choosing a short training program (nurse aide, practical nursing, CDL, a trade) use CareerFunded to compare what programs near them cost, how long they take, how graduates do on licensing exams and in pay, and whether WIOA, Pell or an employer can pay for it.

Where the figures come from

• U.S. Department of Education: IPEDS (schools, programs, completions, program cost and length) and College Scorecard (net price, completion, earnings and debt).
• FMCSA's Training Provider Registry for CDL training locations.
• U.S. Department of Labor: the TrainingProviderResults.gov file of programs on state WIOA lists, and apprenticeship.gov.
• BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics for pay.
• State nurse aide lists and state boards of nursing for CNA programs and LPN pass rates.

What it is not

• Not a school, a recruiter or a lead buyer. We enroll no one and pass no one's details to a school.
• Not a workforce board or an aid office. Whether WIOA, Pell or the GI Bill pays for your training is decided by them.
• Not a ranking. We do not call any program best; lists are ordered by distance, name or a named figure.

Editorial policy

• Every figure names its source file and date. Where a source does not publish a figure, the page says so; we never estimate it. Funding guides quote the law or agency page they cite.
• Studies (CDL training deserts, LPN pass rates by school, nursing homes that train aides, WIOA program outcomes) are counted from the same federal and state files as the directory, and offer their data for download.
• We use software, including AI tools, to collect and check public data, and people review its work.
• We show no reviews or ratings of schools, and accept none.
• Funding badges (WIOA list, state list) come only from a dated official list, matched by name and address. No list, no badge.
• We never promise admission, funding, a job or earnings. Earnings come only from College Scorecard and BLS, with the year.
• Possible conflict of interest: Red Dragon Leads, which publishes CareerFunded, also runs local websites that pass calls for mold, foundation, crawl space, water treatment and a few other home repair jobs to contractors who pay for them. Being a Red Dragon Leads customer changes nothing on CareerFunded: no place in a list, no badge and no link.

The site is free to read and nothing is for sale yet. No school can pay for its place, its order or a badge. How we make money.
